Brent K.S. Woodfill

Brent K.S. Woodfill is an Assistant Professor at Winthrop University, a Research Associate at the Smithsonian Institution, an Affiliated Scholar at the Science Museum of Minnesota, and the director of Proyecto Salinas de los Nueve Cerros in Guatemala and Proyecto Arqueológico Sak Balam in Mexico. He is the author most recently of War in the Land of True Peace: The Fight for Maya Sacred Places (University of Oklahoma Press) and has conducted research in Guatemala and Mexico for the past 20 years.
