Jim Pritchard
Onsite Archaeologist
Jim Pritchard, RPA has been an Archaeology Consultant for twenty-five years. Jim conducts cultural resources assessments, archaeological research, investigations and technical reporting for the federal regulatory process.
As a veteran Research Associate with AFAR, Jim has spent the past 10 years assisting the Belize program teaching students the value of archaeological research, preservation and stewardship. The practice of Archaeology is constructed by scientific techniques from many disciplines.
Archaeological research has the ability to impact the way people think about the world and how we live in it. The opportunity to share this with young students in the field every year helps to maintain a sense of relevancy through his work as a consultant.
